YOUTH MINISTRY

Lebanon Road Youth Ministry is composed of youth from 7th through 12th Grade. Everything we do is intended to help guide their steps in following Jesus and building a deeper relationship with God. We are able to accomplish these things through service to others, fellowship, bible study, spiritual enrichment, intentional planning, and relational growth. We would love to have you join us and get involved with our ministry. There is a place for everyone in our ministry.

We strive to do everything for a purpose. God has always had expectations for his people, and more than anything, we should want to please Him. In fact everything we do can fit under these 3 concepts: Seek God, Serve Others, and Go Into the World!

SEEK GOD

“Where have you seen God today?” This is an important question that we want to ask each day of our lives. It helps us to focus on God and see Him working in ways that are not always evident to us. To help our families Seek God we ask:
• Each family commit to attending bible study each week, Sunday and Wednesday.
• Each family to find ways to grow in their relationship with God.

SERVE OTHERS

We believe that everybody who is part of our ministry has a calling to serve; whether, it is in worship or out in our community. Everybody that is in the body is somebody and we want our students and families to share their love for God through service, so others can glorify our Father (Matthew 5:16). To help our families Serve Others we ask:
• Each family to find a place to serve in the body of Christ.
• Each family to make at least five connections within the church.
• Each family to make it a habit to serve in our community.

GO INTO THE WORLD

As Christians, God has called us to be the laborers and to go out into the world to share the gospel and His supreme love for others. We believe it is important to instill in our families and students the great commission and to help them fulfill the calling God has in our lives. To help our families Go into the World we:
• Ask each family to seek opportunities to tell others about God and His Church.
• Help to cultivate a faith in our students that will last in the college years and beyond.
• Ask each family to participate in a mission trip during the summer.
